Once you have completed this form you will be contacted by the a representative of GSI.

Criteria for pro-bono services for the missing:

• Missing 90 days or less

• Active missing persons case filed with Law Enforcement including police detective’s contact and case number

Those missing more than 90 days, or any case that does not qualify for GSI services can referred to our network of for-hire Investigators

CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT: With the exception of pertinent missing person’s description for the missing flyer, GSI retains any information on a case and privileged information is always kept confidential. In order to maintain case confidentiality we do not share any information outside this group with the exception of your case Investigator or Law Enforcement and family.
